"My main goal is to improve your mindset - the outcome will improve your physical condition"
The history of BOD Fitness begins when my football career ended a couple years ago. My life suddenly changed paths from what I had envisioned for myself and was unprepared for life after sports. This transition was difficult and I was a different person physically and mentally. After a time of zero control, a lack of motivation, and no discipline, I took ACTION. I started to work on my mindset by surrounding myself with a community of supporters and mentors, consumed podcasts and books, and practiced positivity and mindfulness. My goal is to help my clients build lean muscle mass, lose fat, and most importantly, shift their mindset. I offer multiple products including customized, tiered-workout plans, diet consultations and meal prep guidance, life coaching, as well as standardized muscle group packages.

1. I am a disciplined, former athlete, who has participated in many types of performance AND rehabilitation training throughout my life. I know what works and what doesn't and my NASM certifications helped to refine my experience. I train kids, aspiring and current collegiate athletes, adults, and more.
